How do I know which peptides are right for me?

When will I see results?
Most users report initial effects within 2–4 weeks, with more noticeable changes at the 8–12 week mark. Results vary based on the peptide, dosage protocol, and individual physiology.
What are the potential side effects?

All Pepvida products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or household use.
Product Testing
Pepvida products are tested by independent third-party laboratories to verify identity, purity, and quality using appropriate analytical methods. Testing documentation may be available in the Lab Results section or upon request.
Product Appearance Variations
Minor variations in appearance between batches may occur due to differences in raw materials, manufacturing processes, or storage conditions. These variations do not affect research suitability.
Peptide Form
Most PepVida peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form to enhance stability during storage and transport.
Peptide Top Colors
Vial stopper colors may vary depending on supplier availability. Top color does not affect product quality or performance.
Peptide Powder Appearance
Lyophilized powders may appear as a solid cake, loose powder, or fragmented material. All forms are normal for research peptides.
Storage Instructions
Products should be stored according to the instructions listed on the product page and label. In general, unmixed materials should be kept cool, dry, and protected from light.
Solution Flakes, Precipitation, and Separation
In research settings, solutions may occasionally show cloudiness, flakes, or separation due to temperature changes or handling. Always consult product documentation before use.
Extreme Temperature Exposure
Exposure to extreme heat or freezing conditions may impact product stability. PepVida is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
Late or Undelivered Orders
PepVida is not responsible for carrier delays. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Shipping Hours
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped. Please allow time for carrier systems to update.
Shipping Regions
PepVida currently ships to Canada and the United States.
Label Printed, No Update
Once a shipping label is created, tracking updates may not appear immediately. This does not indicate an issue with your order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

Missing Items: Contact us immediately for verification and resolution.
Damaged Item on Arrival: Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the package and damaged item (required).
Wrong Items: Contact us immediately for verification and resolution.

All verified issues will be remedied in the form of store credit only. No exceptions.
Stolen, Lost, or Incorrect Address
PepVida is not responsible for orders marked delivered by the carrier or for delays due to incorrect address information.
Order Status
Order status can be viewed through your account or order confirmation email.
Order History
Registered customers can access their order history by logging into their account.
Confirmation Email
A confirmation email is sent after checkout. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder.
Lost Password

Zero-Tolerance Policy
PepVida maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misuse of products, chargeback abuse, or violation of research-use terms.
